Sounds cool! Are you going to be creating all of your own content or are you pulling text from the books you listed? Creating all of that content will take a really long time. You might want to consider taking more than 1 week to design each section.
I think you have a really good range of things to cover within your topic to have a nice piece at exhibition. From your inspiration section though, I'm a little confused as to what exactly will be designed per se. Will your pieces be more illustrative or like info-graphics?

Your project is very clear and I love how you are giving personification to mental illnesses. This is a subject that is very important and informative. I loved your visuals for inspiration.
