Awesome proposal idea -- I can't wait to see what you end up with. Judging by the styles that you included, you should definitely check out Milton Glaser's art and design books -- I think that you could draw a lot of inspiration from them!
I think the scope of this project is really nice, you'll be covering a lot in a really concise way. I'm interested to see what sort of visual styles you apply to the posters, as the Beatles had so many different aesthetics/styles in such a short period. I think if you tried to blend them you could really challenge yourself creatively to come up with a solution.
Awesome-ly put together proposal. The proposal itself has a Beatles feel and everything is thoughtfully organized and laid out. For your final, I think it would be cool to include some process sketches, just to show how you got from Point A to Point B! Just a thought though!

I thoroughly enjoy the project idea, and I think it will be a lot of fun working on something you're so passionate about. I had an idea when reading about your deliverables, which was to try different methods of making the posters (as in different for you) to demonstrate that you yourself are like a Beatle in that you have a willingness to try what you haven't before.
