I like the logotype very much. Yet I prefer the simple background instead of the pattern background, which makes me feel more comfortable to read the logotype.
Nice proposal and I like the cultural aspect of your subject matter as I can definitely see your passion in this subject. Nice consistent style throughout the proposal and look forward to seeing them in your other deliverables. Your progression of logo making definitely helps me understand where you are standing! Nice job.

I like your sketches for the animations you have in mind. Your ideas come across clearly, however, I would try and break them down even further in storyboards to really get a sense of what you are going to animate.
My critique still revolves around your logo. I think you should still have the line on the second half of the "M" extend all the way to the top. It is the only letter where there is an open line within the letterform (if that makes sense at all).
