In the past week I have made progress with regards to the actual identity of my app, THRIVE. As working through these steps, I have realized that THRIVE will most likely have to be accessible on the web as well as mobile devices. However, as the primary focus is a mobile app, I will focus on the creation of this before transferring that to the computer screen. Plus, "mobile first design" is a way a lot of web designers code their sites.
Last week Isabel and I spoke about creating the identity before working on the actual app, that way I already have a feel set in stone so I am not completely designing in the dark. I thought I would get to wireframing, but I will spend the next week working on the creation and laying out of the wireframes for this app. I did, however, include some inspirational examples of UI that sparked my interest.
