I really like the changes that you have made to your proposal. It truly looks like an artist's work now and not just a word document. However, I would say that the background is too powerful and somewhat diminishes from your actual content. Perhaps lowering the opacity of all the backgrounds will help make your artworks pop more. Lastly, I feel the text is too large.
The way that you show progression is really nice. I think it's awesome to show your steps in such an artistic process. Good work! I can't wait to see what else you come up with.
