Very cool business card. It really steps out if the very common business card aesthetic. I almost see your business card as a hologram. You should take the paper you plan on using for your card into consideration. I would also suggest changing the typeface. I know you want to go for an organic nature type of feel but I think balance is key
I'm so excited to see your final product. I love your style and know that your love for animals will come through in your execution. As Dolores said, it definitely wold be beneficial to have one PDF and perhaps brand your PDF to your web comic.
Also, keep in mind the bleed / crop for the business card. Some of the text feels very close to the edges. I agree with Christian, I think changing the typeface (at least for the main content of your items) would help create a more realistic feel for what you are trying to achieve.
