I really like how you are doing the fold out. It's really interesting and engaging in my opinion. The illustration is cool. I do think it needs a bit more detail. From someone who knows very little about the nervous system, I am still quite confused. I do see that is the back cover - will these details be worked out within and lead up to that? Just something to consider.
This is such a great topic to choose for your capstone project and I'm really excited to see what you are going to do with it. Personally, I'm not a fan of small caps, so I would try and find a more readable typeface that has both upper and lower cases. Maybe you only end up using the upper case but small caps always feel really inexpensive to me. I would also spend a little more time organizing your proposal into sections. Like Lauren said, I'm really into the fold out style you are doing this in and I am very intrigued!
Its really exciting to see how your project is progressing. I personally have never been interested in medicine however I am very curious about this project. The diagram you have is really intriguing but I'd like to know more about it. Explain why it's important
